穿黄渡槽是中线南水北调工程中规模最大的跨河建筑物,技术难度高,涉及面广。除满足连接两岸输水总干渠的要求外,还应从黄河治理、河势及渡槽本身的技术经济指标等方面进行综合比较,而槽位选择则和以上诸方面密切相关。本文根据穿黄河段的实测资料,分析了河势演变特点,并对小浪底水库投入运用前、后穿黄河段河势的发展趋势作了预估,在此基础上,从河势、工程量及穿黄渡槽可能给黄河造成的影响等方面对三条不同的槽位线路进行了比选。结果表明,所选的李村一陈家沟线能较好地协调穿黄渡槽与黄河诸方面的关系,同时,也为其本身节减工程量、降低投资创造了条件。
The Yellow River aqueduct is the largest cross-river building in the mid-route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project with high technical difficulty and wide coverage. In addition to meeting the requirements of connecting the main canal between the two sides of the strait, a comprehensive comparison should also be made with the technical and economic indicators of the Yellow River governance, the river regime and the aqueduct itself, while the choice of the location is closely related to the above. Based on the measured data of Huanghe section, this paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of the river regime, and forecasts the development trend of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir before and after putting it into operation. On the basis of this, Through the yellow aqueduct may affect the Yellow River and other aspects of the three different slot lines were compared. The results show that the selected Licun-Chenjiagou Line can better coordinate the relationship between the Yellow River Duct and the Yellow River, and at the same time, it also creates the conditions for reducing the project volume and reducing investment.
