计算机应用越来越普及,而在计算机应用方面出现的问题却很少有人能解决,真正能从事计算机软件设计与研发的人更是少之又少。在这种形势下,学习计算机专业欲从此类专业发展的人很多,但现实是就业率一直很低。这不仅是我国教育问题,而且是当前的社会问题。本文主要针对当前计算机专业毕业生就业现实情况,分析了当今社会对计算机人才的需求,同时分析了现在计算机专业教育教学中存在的弊端,提出了关于计算机应用型人才培养的建议,以培养社会所需人才为目的,改革教学课程设置体系,加强师资队伍建设。
Computer applications are becoming more and more popular. However, few problems can be solved in computer applications. There are very few people who can really engage in the design and development of computer software. Under such circumstances, there are many people who want to learn from the professional development of computer science in this field. However, the reality is that the employment rate has been very low. This is not only an education issue in our country, but also a current social issue. This paper mainly focuses on the current situation of the employment of computer graduates, analyzes the demand of computer talents in today’s society, analyzes the defects in computer education nowadays, and puts forward some suggestions on the training of computer applied talents in order to cultivate the society Talents for the purpose of reform teaching curriculum system, strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
