近几年来,不少国有商业企业出现经济效益严重滑坡现象,已经引起人们的普遍关注。究竟是什么原因引起效益滑坡?归结起来有以下几点: 1、国有商业的管理体制与经营机制不适应市场经济的要求。目前国有商业企业机构庞杂,人员过多,管理混乱,效率低下。尤其是一些批发机构,内部组织仍是机关化老作风。职工缺乏主人翁责任感,官商作风严重,经营死板,效益必然滑坡。
In recent years, many state-owned commercial enterprises have suffered serious economic losses and have drawn widespread public concern. What causes the decline in efficiency? To sum up, the following points: 1. The management system and operating mechanism of state-owned commerce do not meet the requirements of a market economy. At present, state-owned commercial enterprises have many complicated structures, too many staff, disorganized management and inefficiency.
