本文报告７例７只人工晶体眼合并严重ＰＶＲ视网膜脱离（ＰＶＲＣ２─Ｄ２），人工晶体植入时间最长１年，最短１０天；晶体后囊破裂３例，术前发现裂孔仅３例。手术选择扁平部玻璃体切割术，５例联合眼内硅油填充，３例有裂孔者加上常规复位术。结果：５例完全复位；１例不全复位；１例失败。术后视力明显提高。对本病的特点、发病率、发病原因及其治疗进行了讨论，认为常规复位术难以达到治疗的目的，玻璃体切割联合眼内填充应作为主要的手术方式。
In this paper, seven patients with seven intraocular lenses combined with severe PVR retinal detachment (PVRC2─D2) were reported. The intraocular lens implantation time was up to one year and the shortest duration was 10 days. Three cases had posterior capsular rupture and only three were found preoperatively. Operative choice of flat vitreous incision, 5 cases of intraocular silicone oil filled, 3 cases were with open hole and conventional reduction. Results: Five cases were completely reset; one case was incomplete reset; one case failed. Postoperative visual acuity was significantly improved. The characteristics of the disease, incidence, causes and treatment were discussed, that the conventional reduction is difficult to achieve the purpose of treatment, vitrectomy combined with intraocular filling should be used as the main surgical approach.
