继东部开放、西部大开发、东北振兴三大区域政策后,中央作出了“促进中部地区崛起”的决策,“中部崛起”成为国家战略,武汉作为长江和全国特大城市,在新世纪理应把握机遇,迎接挑战,制定正确可行的战略规划来加快自身建设与发展。本文认为应在对武汉的内外环境分析的前提下,制定武汉发展战略规划,将武汉打造成为我国中部地区的金融、科技、信息、交通、运输五大中心,成为一个经济实力强、文明程度高、城乡一体化的开发型、多功能、现代化的国际性大都市。
Following the policy of opening up to the east, developing the west and rejuvenating the northeast, the Central Government made the decision of “promoting the rise of the central region”. “Rising of Central China” has become a national strategy. As a mega-city in the Yangtze River and the whole country, Wuhan should seize the opportunity in the new century , Meet the challenge and formulate the correct and feasible strategic plan to speed up their own construction and development. This paper argues that under the precondition of analyzing the internal and external environment of Wuhan, Wuhan should make its strategic plan for Wuhan development and make Wuhan become the five major centers of finance, science and technology, information, transportation and transportation in the central region of China. It will become a city with strong economic strength and high civilization level, The development of urban-rural integration, multi-functional, modern international metropolis.
