以近两年全国新城疫抗体检测大赛为切入点,探索高职学生参加技能大赛的训练方法,得出结果是比赛成绩要靠扎实的训练来保证,同时还要靠较高的综合素质、心理素质来实现。如何实现技能操作的规范、熟练、精准、全面,如何让学生训练有素,有良好的心理素质,技能操作标准化、标准程序化、程序日常化、日常标准化的训练模式对学生技能大赛备赛工作是非常有效的方法。
Taking the Newcastle Disease Antibody Test Competition in the past two years as an entry point, this paper explores the training methods for higher vocational students to take part in skill competitions, and concludes that competition results depend on solid training to ensure that, at the same time, it also depends on higher comprehensive quality and psychological quality to fulfill.
