为研究箱涵顶进施工过程中箱涵及涵周土的受力特性,本文利用Marc有限元软件,对顶进箱涵及其周围土体在顶进过程中的受力性状进行了系统研究。结果表明:在箱涵顶进过程中除通常认为的在涵顶下缘中部和涵底上缘中部会产生拉应力外,涵顶上缘边缘位置也可能出现拉应力的作用,结构内外边角出现了较大幅度的应力集中,设计过程中应引起足够重视。同时,掘进机前方20m范围路基土体明显受到掘进扰动的影响,施工过程中应加强对相应位置路基路面变形的监控,并采取相应工程措施。
