1998年12月16日,通化市东昌区人大常委会隆重召开区人大代表“双五”活动总结表彰大会。会上,区人大代表、市民主房产管理处处长卢忠春被授予“优秀人大代表”称号,并做了典型发言。卢忠春作为一名房管部门的基层领导干部,在短短一年的时间里,不仅能扎扎实实地为辖区的广大群众办实事、办好事,而且能认真地履行人大代表的职责,积极主动地为振兴东昌区的经济献计出力,赢得了社会各界的好评。1997年12月,卢忠春荣幸地被辖区群众推选为东昌区人大代表。做为通化市民主房产管理处处长,卢忠春深深地感到了自己责任的重大,为了不辜负广大群众的殷切希望,他在做好本职工作的同时,认真履行人大代表的职责,积极开展调查、视察和检查活动,虚心听取居民群众对当前热点问题的反映和建议,及时向代表团和有关部门汇报情况,积极为广大群众和住户排优解难。
