In March 2013, Dapu County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province was awarded the title of “Hometown of Longevity in China” by China Gerontology Society. On September 16, at the opening ceremony of West Lake Park in Tai Po County, Zhao Baohua, executive vice president of China Gerontology Society, held a speech at the opening ceremony of the “Pomegranate Tea Long-lived Culture Tourism Festival and Ceramics Exhibition in Dapu County” Award.
