(二)关于严格依纪依法收集和使用证据问题收集、鉴别、运用证据查明案件的真实情况,是纪检机关查办案件的核心问题。办案工作中的一切调查活动,各种手段和方法的运用,都是围绕证据这个核心来进行的。
(2) The collection, appraisal and use of evidence in strict accordance with the law for collecting and using evidence to ascertain the truth of the case are the core issues in investigating and handling cases by discipline inspection organs.
