由于高等职业院校近几年的规模扩张,教师们疲于应付教学,加之一些其它因素,教师在教学过程中存在一些缺陷,使得培养出来的人才与社会吻合度不高。本文论述了加强引导,采取措施,强化师资队伍建设,以切实提高教育教学效益的问题。
Due to the expansion of higher vocational colleges in recent years, teachers are struggling to cope with teaching and some other factors. Teachers have some shortcomings in the teaching process, which makes the cultivated talents not fit well with the society. This article discusses the issue of strengthening guidance, taking measures, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of education and teaching.
