本文研究了4J33、纯 Ni 和40Cr 钢与 ZrO_2的钎焊连接,结果表明:对 Ag_(66)Cu_(30)Ti_4活性钎料,4J33与 ZrO_2在1183K 时能形成连接,而在1103K 和1133K 时连接失败;纯 Ni 与 ZrO_2在温度升至1273K 仍不能形成连接,这是因为纯 Ni 和4J33所含的 Fe、Ni、Co 元素扩散到钎料中并与之发生反应形成化合物所致。40Cr 钢和 ZrO_2的连接钎料中未形成化合物,它们在1133K 就能形成连接。
In this paper, the brazing connection of 4J33, pure Ni and 40Cr steel with ZrO_2 was studied. The results show that the bonding of Ag_ (66) Cu_ (30) Ti_4 active brazing filler metal, 4J33 and ZrO_2 can be formed at 1183K, while at 1103K and 1133K The connection failed; the pure Ni and ZrO 2 still could not form the connection when the temperature was increased to 1273K because the pure Ni and 4J33 contained Fe, Ni and Co elements diffused into the solder and reacted with them to form a compound. 40Cr steel and ZrO_2 solder is not formed in the compound, they can form a connection at 1133K.
