目的:测定太白贝母中几种主要生物碱的含量,为太白贝母的质量标准建立提供参考。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法进行分析,Agilent Extent-C18(4.6×250mm,5m),初始比例乙腈︰0.1‰二乙胺水溶液=(10:90)梯度洗脱,漂移管温度:110℃;载气流速:2.8L/min。结果:测定了太白贝母样品中贝母辛的含量。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于太白贝母的质量评价。 Objective: To determine the contents of several major alkaloids in Fritillaria cirrhosa, and to provide a reference for establishing the quality standard of Fritillaria cirrhosa.
