在混凝土生产过程中,水及外加剂的数量控制是影响混凝土质量的一个重要因素。因此对混凝土制备系统水及外加剂的计量方法的改进是很有必要的。最近我们研制了一种新的自动计量装置,并在辽宁省碧流河水库混凝土坝第一套搅拌系统中,以5套这种计量装置控制10台0.8米~3搅拌机,经过八○年一年的使用考核,效果较好。现将其主要性能与工作原理简介如下。一、计量特性计量范围水:1～120公斤塑化剂:100～1500克 (最大计量值是根据0.8米~3
In the concrete production process, the quantity control of water and admixtures is an important factor affecting the quality of the concrete. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the measurement method of concrete preparation system water and admixtures. Recently, we have developed a new automatic metering device, and in the first set of mixing system of the concrete dam of the Biliuhe Reservoir in Liaoning Province, we used 10 sets of such metering devices to control 10 sets of 0.8 to 3 mixers after 80 years.
