在教育中的一项根本的教育就是学生的语文教育。伴随着当前我国在语文教学上的关注,在很多科目中,语文占据了很重要的地位,因此,对于高中教育下的学生来说,学好语文这门课程则显得尤为重要了。因此,作为语文教师,在培养人才方面,要注重培养模式。本文针对在对于未来语文专业的人才培养模式进行了研究,主要是本着提升学生的整体素质和专业技能水平的方向迈进。为建立完善的师资队伍及明确高中语文专业的人才培养模式奠定一定的基础。 A fundamental education in education is the language education of students. With the current concern of Chinese teaching in Chinese, Chinese occupies a very important position in many subjects. Therefore, it is particularly important for students under high school education to learn Chinese well. Therefore, as a language teacher, in training personnel, we should pay attention to training mode. In this paper, the mode of personnel training for future language majors is studied, mainly in the direction of improving students’ overall quality and professional skills. Lay a solid foundation for the establishment of a sound teaching staff and a clear training model of high school language major.
