目的观察PEC405牙齿脱敏仪的临床疗效。方法采用PEC405牙齿脱敏仪对82例158个患牙治疗，与用碘化银法对3O例44个患牙治疗进行对照。结果PEC405牙齿脱敏仪治疗牙本质脱敏的有效率为94．94％；碘化银法的有效率为22．74％。结论PEC405牙齿脱教仪治疗牙木质脱敏的效果明显优于碘化银法，两者有显著差异（P＜O.OO1）。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of PEC405 dental desensitizer. Methods Eighty-two patients with 158 teeth were treated with PEC405 dental desensitizer, and compared with 3O treated 44 teeth treated with silver iodide method. Results The effective rate of dentin desensitization of PEC405 tooth desensitizer was 94.94%. The effective rate of silver iodide method was 22.74%.
