目的了解2006—2009年北京市昌平区食品及公共场所从业人员活动性肺结核病检出情况。方法收集2006—2009年间昌平区食品及公共场所从业人员健康检查资料,进行统计学分析(χ2检验)。结果 4年间昌平区食品及公共场所从业人员活动性肺结核病检出率(0.002%、0.042%、0.153%、0.124%)呈逐年上升趋(χ2=133.82,P<0.01);该地从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率(0.000%、0.044%、0.155%、0.048%)与外埠从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率(0.002%、0.041%、0.152%、0.149%)均随年度增长则呈上升趋势(χ2本地=39.86,P<0.01;χ2外埠=107.29,P<0.01);该地从业人员活动性肺结核病检出率(0.066%)低于外埠从业人员活动性肺结核病检出率(0.091%)(χ2=4.50,P<0.05)。结论为保证昌平区公共卫生安全,应加强食品及公共场所行业从业人员每年一次的健康检查工作,并重点做好外埠从业人员肺结核病宣教工作,确保早期及时发现肺结核病人,防止结核病的传播。
Objective To understand the detection of active tuberculosis in food and public places in Changping District of Beijing from 2006 to 2009. Methods The data of health examination of food and public places in Changping District from 2006 to 2009 were collected for statistical analysis (χ2 test). Results The prevalence of active tuberculosis (TB) in food and public places practitioners in Changping District increased year by year (χ2 = 133.82, P <0.01); the occupational activity The detection rates of tuberculosis (0.000%, 0.044%, 0.155%, 0.048%) and TB cases of active TB patients (0.002%, 0.041%, 0.152%, 0.149%) increased with the years (Χ2 = 39.86, P <0.01; χ2 = 107.29, P <0.01). The detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis (0.066%) in this area was lower than that of active pulmonary tuberculosis in other cities (0.091%) (χ2 = 4.50, P <0.05). Conclusion In order to ensure public health safety in Changping District, the annual health checkup should be strengthened for food and public places practitioners, and emphases should be made on the missionary work of tuberculosis in rural areas to ensure that tuberculosis patients can be detected in time and prevent the spread of tuberculosis.
