目的:掌握滦县5岁以下儿童死亡变化趋势及主要死亡原因,提出干预措施。方法:对5个年度三网监测点和5岁以下儿童年报资料进行分析。结果:滦县5岁以下儿童死亡呈逐年下降趋势,死亡原因在不同年份呈不同组合和排序。结论:抓好三级保健网络建设,做好围产保健,提高产、儿科质量,重点做好新生儿窒息的抢救,加强对儿童家长、儿童和保教人员的安全防范意识教育,从而降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。
OBJECTIVE: To grasp the trend of death and the main causes of death in children under 5 years old in Luan County, and to propose the intervention measures. Methods: The data of 5 annual triple-net monitoring points and children under 5 years of age were analyzed. Results: The death rate of children under 5 years of age in Luan County showed a declining trend year by year. The causes of death varied in different combinations and sorts in different years.
