研究了以一种改性树脂作为结合料的冷拌混合料路用性能及其在路面坑槽修补中的应用;通过马歇尔试验,确定了混合料最佳结合料用量;通过不同养生环境下的混合料抗压试验,研究了这种冷拌混合料的强度形成规律;高温车辙试验结果证明此种混合料高温抗变形性能优异;低温弯曲试验证明混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性能;水稳定性试验证明了混合料抗水损性能满足规范要求;通过路面修补施工应用,验证了这种冷拌混合料施工简单方便,修补后的路面路用性能良好。
The performance of cold mixes with a modified resin as the binder and its application in the pit repairs were studied. The best combination of materials was determined by Marshall test. Through different health conditions Mixture compressive test was carried out to study the formation regularity of the strength of the cold mix. The results of high temperature rutting test proved that the mixture has excellent high temperature deformation resistance. Low temperature bending test proved that the mixture has good low temperature crack resistance. The stability test proves that the water resistance of the mixture meets the requirements of the specification. Through the application of pavement repairing, it is verified that the construction of the cold mix is simple and convenient, and the repaired pavement performance is good.
