绵延千里的大山造就了小兴安岭,也造就了西钢人山一样坚韧与顽强的性格。然而,满眼青山带给西钢人的还有那山一样沉重的体制之困。作为国有老厂,西钢是设计产能只有10万吨铁、8万吨钢、6万吨材的小三线企业,西钢的发展和建设无不深深打印着鲜明的时代烙印。2005年11月29日,有着40年历史的西林钢铁,完成了从国有企业向民营经济的体制转变。正是这次华丽转身,让西钢发生了脱胎换骨的历史蜕变。
A mountain that stretches for thousands of miles has created Xiaoxing’anling, which has created the same tough and tenacious character as the West Gangren Mountains. However, the eye-catching green hills bring to the West Steel also the same heavy mountain system of sleepy. As a state-owned factory, Xisteel is a small three-tier enterprise with a designed capacity of only 100,000 tons of iron, 80,000 tons of steel and 60,000 tons of timber. The development and construction of Xisteel are deeply imprinted with a distinctive mark of the times. On November 29, 2005, a 40-year-old Xilin Iron and Steel Company completed its transformation from a state-owned enterprise to a private economy. It is this magnificent turn around, so that the history of West Iron and Steel has reborn transformation.
