对96例心室晚电位（VLP）检查者测量其同期心电图QT间期离散度（QTd），观察结果显示：VLP阳性组QTd显著高于VLP阴性组（P＜0．05）。其中4例死亡者VLP均为阳性，而且QTd均＞80ms。提示QTd与VLP呈正相关，且与心功能呈负相关。QTd与VLP结合可增加对心电不稳定预测的可靠性。
The QTd of 96 patients with ventricular late-potential (VLP) were measured during the same period. The results showed that the QTd of VLP-positive group was significantly higher than that of VLP-negative group (P <0.05). VLP was positive in all 4 cases, and QTd was> 80ms. Tip QTd and VLP was positively correlated, and negatively correlated with cardiac function. The combination of QTd and VLP increases the reliability of the prediction of unstable ECG.
