通过对合肥市4所高校少数民族大学生进行抽样调查,发现多数人有入党意愿,但真正提交入党申请书的却较少,入党动机复杂多样,对党的了解与认知颇为缺乏。究其原因,家庭教育和社会风气影响了学生的价值取向,同时高校基层党组织在履行应有的职能方面也有待改善等。必须加强少数民族大学生党的知识教育针对性,创新少数民族大学生入党动机教育途径与方法等。
Through a sample survey of 4 undergraduates in Hefei, we found that most people have the will to join the party, but there are fewer applications submitted to join the party. The motivation for joining the party is complex and varied, and there is a lack of understanding and understanding of the party. The reason, family education and social ethics have influenced the value orientation of students, and the grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities need to improve in fulfilling their due functions. We must strengthen the targeted knowledge education of minority college students party and innovate the ways and methods of motivation education for minority college students to join the party.
