目的观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片用于治疗与肠道菌群失调相关性腹泻的疗效。方法将2011年1月至2012年5月来我院儿科肠道门诊就诊的与肠道菌群失调相关的腹泻患儿688人随机分为治疗组350人和对照组338人,两组患儿在抗菌、抗病毒、纠正酸中毒、维持水电解质平衡、止泻药止泻等对症治疗的同时,治疗组加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片。结果治疗组总的有效率在93.14%,而对照组则为81.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片用于治疗与肠道菌群失调相关性腹泻疗效显著,是十分安全的微生态调节剂,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Bifidobacterium quadriceps survivin tablets in the treatment of intestinal diarrhea associated with intestinal flora. Methods A total of 688 children with diarrhea associated with gut microbiota from January 2011 to May 2012 in our pediatric intestine outpatient department were randomly divided into treatment group (350) and control group (338). Two groups of children In the anti-bacterial, anti-virus, correct acidosis, maintain water and electrolyte balance, diarrhea and other anti-diarrhea symptomatic treatment at the same time, the treatment group with bifidobacterium tetra live viable tablets. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.14%, while the control group was 81.95%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium quadriceps can be used to treat diarrhea associated with intestinal flora imbalance, and it is a very safe microecological regulator that is worth popularizing and applying.
