目的观察喜炎平注射液治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法将58例婴幼儿秋季腹泻患儿随机分成两组,治疗组给予喜炎平注射液治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林注射液治疗。结果治疗组有效率为93%,对照组有效率为75%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论喜炎平注射液治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效明显,无明显毒副反应。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection in treating infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods 58 infants with infantile autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Xiyanping injection, the control group was treated with ribavirin injection. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93%, the effective rate of the control group was 75%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Xiyanping injection treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea obvious effect, no obvious side effects.
