目的考察参葛定渴片对2型糖尿病大鼠糖代谢的调节作用。方法采用ig高脂高糖脂肪乳加ip小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法,建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、阳性组和参葛定渴片高、中、低剂量组。实验各组均连续给药4周。同时取健康大鼠为对照组,观察各组大鼠行为学指标,检测其血糖、糖耐量、血清胰岛素水平。结果与对照组比较,模型组体质量下降,血糖值显著升高、糖耐量能力降低以及血清胰岛素水平升高。与模型组比较,阳性组和参葛定渴片高、中剂量组可显著降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖和血清胰岛素水平(P<0.001、0.01),且参葛定渴片高剂量组可改善糖尿病大鼠的糖耐量(P<0.01)。结论参葛定渴片对2型糖尿病大鼠的糖代谢具有调节作用,可改善糖尿病大鼠的胰岛素抵抗状态。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of gingseng thirst tablet on glycometabolism in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods The type 2 diabetic rat model was established by using ig high fat and high fat and fat emulsion plus small dose of streptozotocin (STZ). The successful model rats were randomly divided into model group, positive group and Shen Ge Ding thirst tablets high, medium and low dose group. The experimental groups were given continuous administration for 4 weeks. At the same time taking healthy rats as control group, the behavioral indexes of each group were observed and their blood glucose, glucose tolerance and serum insulin levels were measured. Results Compared with the control group, the body weight of the model group decreased, the blood glucose level increased significantly, the impaired glucose tolerance ability and the serum insulin level increased. Compared with the model group, the positive group and the Shen Ge Ding Thirst Table high and medium dose groups can significantly reduce the blood glucose and serum insulin levels of diabetic rats (P <0.001,0.01), and Shen Ge Ding Thirst Tablets high-dose group can improve diabetes Impaired glucose tolerance in rats (P <0.01). Conclusion Shenmianke tablets can regulate the glucose metabolism of type 2 diabetic rats and improve the insulin resistance of diabetic rats.
