本文研究分析了1%Cr-Mo-V钢的合金化特点。并结合叶轮工作条件对材料的性能要求,从理论上提出了几套热处理工艺的设想并逐一进行了实验。测出了1%Cr-Mo-V钢在各种热处理状态下的常规机械性能和高温持久性能。并观察分析了显微组织。初步总结出了各种热处理状态下材料的性能与组织之间的关系。最后提出了一套较为可行的热处理工艺方案。此外,还测定了1%Cr-Mo-V钢的奥氏体晶粒度与加热温度之间的关系以及奥氏体合金度与加热温度之间的关系等性能捐标。为此类钢种的进一步研究提供了一些可参考的数据。
In this paper, the analysis of 1% Cr-Mo-V steel alloying characteristics. Combined with the performance requirements of the impeller working conditions on the material, the concept of several sets of heat treatment process is put forward theoretically and the experiments are carried out one by one. The mechanical properties and high temperature durability of 1% Cr-Mo-V steel were measured under various heat treatment conditions. The microstructure was observed and analyzed. A preliminary summary of the relationship between the properties of materials and the organization under various heat treatment conditions. Finally, a set of more feasible heat treatment process plan. In addition, the relationship between the austenite grain size and the heating temperature of 1% Cr-Mo-V steel and the relationship between the austenitic alloy temperature and the heating temperature were also determined. For further study of such steel provides some reference data.
