新时期高校大学生党员成长的时代背景和社会环境都发生了很大变化,人生观、世界观都受到很大的冲击,因此他们的思想活动和行为也呈现出新的特点,需要解决的问题和肩负的重任都发生了改变,这些都需要各级大学生党组织和党务工作者不断完善和创新教育培训评估与监督管理机制,用科学发展观来指导具体的工作。本文剖析了现行的评估与监督体系,及目前存在的主要问题,并从实践的角度出发,就新时期高校大学生党员培训与监督的思想意识、管理机制、方法模式等进行了探讨,希望能为创新大学生党员培训评估与监督机制提供一定的理论依据。
The background and social environment of the growth of university student party members in the new era have undergone great changes. Their outlook on life and the world outlook have been greatly affected. Therefore, their ideological activities and behaviors have also shown new features, problems to be solved and shoulders All require changes. These all require that college party organizations and party workers at all levels constantly improve and innovate the education and training assessment and supervision and management mechanism, and guide the specific work with the scientific development concept. This article analyzes the current evaluation and supervision system and the main problems that exist at present. From the practical point of view, this article discusses the ideology, management mechanism and method of college students’ training and supervision in the new era. It can provide some theoretical basis to innovate the evaluation and supervision mechanism of Party members’ training.
