目的评价新概念剖宫产的优点。方法分析122例新概念剖宫产产妇术中、术后情况,并与同期子宫下段剖宫产相比较,观察手术时间、出血量、娩头难易、术后进食时间及排气时间等。结果新概念剖宫产平均手术时间、术后进食时间、排气时间均明显缩短(P<0.01),术中出血量也明显减少(P<0.01),且娩胎头容易(P<0.01)。结论新概念剖宫产值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the advantages of the new concept cesarean section. Methods 122 cases of new concept of cesarean section during and after maternal surgery were analyzed, and compared with cesarean section of the lower uterine segment in the same period. The operation time, bleeding volume, delivery head difficulty, postoperative eating time and exhaust time were observed. Results The average operative time, postoperative eating time and exhaust time of the new concept of cesarean section were significantly shorter (P <0.01), and the amount of bleeding during surgery was also significantly decreased (P <0.01) . Conclusions The new concept of cesarean section should be popularized and applied clinically.
