目的:建立虎杖药材HPLC指纹图谱研究方法,为虎杖的质量控制提供依据。方法:色谱柱为DIKMA C18(4.6mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液线性梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为303nm。结果:测定13批虎杖药材有13个共有峰,各共有峰面积之和大于总峰面积的90%,13批虎杖药材相似度评价结果均大于0.9。结论:建立的虎杖药材HPLC指纹图谱,可较全面的反映虎杖药材中化学成分的信息,为虎杖药材的质量控制提供了科学实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprinting method of Polygonum cuspidatum and provide the basis for the quality control of Polygonum cuspidatum. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of DIKMA C18 (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm) with a linear gradient of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 303 nm . Results: Thirteen common peaks were determined in 13 batches of Polygonum cuspidatum, and the sum of peak areas was more than 90% of the total peak area. The similarity evaluation results of 13 batches of Polygonum cuspidatum were all greater than 0.9. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprinting of Polygonum cuspidatum can fully reflect the chemical composition information of Polygonum cuspidatum, and provide a scientific experimental basis for the quality control of Polygonum cuspidatum.
