我厂生产的红旗80推土机支重轮16Mn钢压板(如图1),要求渗碳处理,渗碳深度1.2~1.5mm,表面硬度HRC40~45。原热处理工艺为930℃渗碳、820℃淬油、430℃回火,工序长、工艺复杂,成本高。1979年开始,我们采用低碳马氏体淬火工艺代替原热处理工艺,即在900℃加热(加热系数0.3min/mm),在30℃的10%NaCl水溶液中淬火。淬火后零件为低碳马氏体组织,表面硬度HRC41~43,硬度分布如图2。
I plant the red flag 80 bulldozers 16Mn roller bearing plate (Figure 1), requiring carburizing, carburizing depth of 1.2 ~ 1.5mm, surface hardness HRC40 ~ 45. The original heat treatment process is carburizing at 930 ℃, quenching at 820 ℃, tempering at 430 ℃, long process, complicated process and high cost. Starting from 1979, we used the low-carbon martensitic quenching process instead of the original heat treatment process, namely heating at 900 ℃ (heating coefficient 0.3min / mm) and quenching at 30 ℃ in 10% NaCl aqueous solution. After quenching the parts for low-carbon martensite, surface hardness HRC41 ~ 43, the hardness distribution shown in Figure 2.
