我厂高速钢刀具用50%甲酰胺水溶液进行氧碳氮共渗,兼有氮化与蒸汽处理的效果,显著提高了刀具使用寿命。1.试验选用50%甲酰胺水溶液滴注渗剂,在RJJ-75-9 T渗碳炉中进行试验与生产,工艺曲线如图1。试验结果如表1及图2~4。在排气阶段,从滴入渗剂到废气能够点燃,需要一定时间。用甲酰胺排气时,则未点燃的有害废气会污染环境。用乙醇排气时,
