霉菌性阴道炎主要是白色念珠菌所引起的阴道炎,为妇科常见病、多发病。多见于幼女、孕妇、糖尿病患者及长期使用抗生素者,并且常与其他炎症併发。当阴道糖元增多,酸性增强时,类酵母菌即迅速繁殖,以致引起阴道奇痒,影响睡眠。中医认为本病是湿热下注,甚则生虫所致。笔者近几年用中药苦参散局部治疗63例获得良好效果,现简介如下: 一、一般情况年龄:25～35岁33例,36～45岁27例,46岁以上3例。35岁左右发病率最高。病程:2～10天30例,11～20天21例,21天以上12例。临床症状:
