总结127例大鼠原位肝移植模型的建立及体会。移植肝的血管重建采用肝上下腔静脉缝合加肝下下腔静脉及门静脉袖套法吻合。供受体手术共用时95~105分钟,移植肝冷缺血60分钟,无肝期17分钟。手术成功率93.70%(119/127),一周存活率89.76%(114/127)。在SD→SD、Wistar→Wistar、Lou/c→Lou/c、TJR/1→TJR/1、SD→Wistar、Wistar→SD、Lou/C→SD、TJR/1→Lou/c、TJR/1→SD九组不同品系的大鼠组合中筛选原位大鼠肝移植后呈现高免疫应答反应的鼠种,以便于观察肝移植排斥反应与免疫应答的关系。其中TJR/1→SD组移植肝平均存活11天,血清谷丙转氨酶及胆红素测定也显示肝功能受损明显,组织病理学检查呈急性排斥反应,为理想的大鼠肝移植高免疫应答模型。
The Establishment and Experience of 127 Orthotopic Liver Transplantation Models in Rats. TJR / 1 → TJR / 1, SD → Wistar, Wistar → SD, Lou / C → SD, TJR / 1 → Lou / c, TJR / 1 in SD → SD, Wistar → Wistar, → SD nine groups of different rat strains were screened in situ rat rat liver transplantation showed high immune response to rat species in order to observe the relationship between liver transplant rejection and immune response. TJR / 1 → SD group, the average survival of the grafted liver for 11 days, serum alanine aminotransferase and bilirubin also showed significant damage to liver function, histopathology showed acute rejection, the ideal rat liver transplantation high immune response model.
