全国水文科技情报网华东组工作交流会议于1986年4月24日至26日在蚌埠召开,21个网员单位共26名代表出席了会议。副网长单位南京水文水资源研究所,水电部“水文”编辑部,西北组、华北组组长单位均派员参加了会议。会议期间,首先由组长单位淮委向网员代表汇报了自去年郑州会议以来华东组的工作情况;传达了今年三月份在南宁召开的全国水文科技情报网网、组长工作会议的精神;然后由网员单位代表先后汇报了各单位在水文生产、科研、教学方面的情况;最后,代表们还参观了淮委——中意合作项目——淮河洪水预报及调度自动化系统。会议特邀南京水文水资源研究所总工程师华士乾就当前国际上水文方面的最新动态、技术等作了专题报告,受到了与会代表的欢迎。会议结束时,淮委蔡敬荀主任到会并讲了话。
National Hydrological Technology Information Network East China group working exchange meeting was held in Bengbu from April 24 to April 26, 1986, a total of 21 representatives of 21 net units attended the meeting. Deputy Network Unit Nanjing Hydrographic and Water Resources Research Institute, Ministry of Water Resources “Hydrology” Editorial Department, Northwest Group, North China Team Leader units were sent to attend the meeting. During the meeting, first of all, the unit head of the Huaiwei Committee reported to the network member representatives about the work of the East China Group since last year’s Zhengzhou Conference; conveyed the spirit of the National Hydrological Science and Technology Information Network and the Leader’s Working Conference held in Nanning in March this year; Representatives of the unit representatives then reported on the units’ hydrological production, research and teaching. Finally, the delegates also visited the Huai River-Sino-Italian cooperation project - the Huaihe River flood forecasting and dispatching automation system. The conference invited Mr. Huashi Gan, chief engineer of Nanjing Institute of Hydrology and Water Resources, to make a special report on the latest international hydrological developments and technologies and was warmly welcomed by the delegates. At the end of the meeting, Director Cai Jing Xun of the Huai Committee arrived at the meeting and spoke.
