2010年,中央电视台施行了由“中心制”向“频道制”转换的机制创新,改革后各频道相继推出更多内容时尚、形式新颖的全新节目。“频道制”和机构改革,为提升节目品质和深入挖掘优势资源提供了条件。除了频道和节目的变革外,今年中央电视台广告部也升级为广告经营管理中心,并针对中央电视台2011年黄金资源广告招标设计了很多创新之举。创新,其实已经内化进央视的内容制作与广告经营的每一个环节,始终贯彻在央视17年的招标历程中,始终让中央电视台在市场竞争中占得先机。
In 2010, CCTV implemented the mechanism innovation of switching from “center system ” to “channel system ”. After the reform, more channels were introduced to introduce more fashionable and novel new programs. Channel system and institutional reform have provided conditions for enhancing the quality of programs and further digging advantageous resources. In addition to the channel and program changes, this year’s CCTV Advertising Department also upgraded to advertising management center, and for the CCTV bidding for gold resources in 2011 designed a lot of innovation. Innovation, in fact, has been internalized into the CCTV content production and advertising business in every aspect, and always implement the CCTV 17 years of bidding process, CCTV has always been in the market competition in the upper hand.
