根据2013年度北京市医疗器械质量监督抽验工作计划,我局已完成2013年上半年的医疗器械抽验工作,现将结果予以公告(详见附件)。请各分局对涉及的不合格产品依据《医疗器械监督管理条例》的规定依法进行查处,并加强对公告中产品的监督管理。
According to the 2013 Beijing Medical Device Quality Supervision and Testing Plan, the bureau has completed the medical device sampling in the first half of 2013 and the result is announced (Annex). All sub-branches shall investigate and deal with the unqualified products involved according to the provisions of the “Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices” and strengthen the supervision and administration of the products in the announcement.
