共青团自建立以来,走的是一条曲折不平的道路。有高潮,也有低谷。其决定因素,有外部社会环境的优劣和共青团与周围关系的调适,也有自身作用的发挥和内部功能的强弱。而关键则是团组织在社会大环境中的位置及适应程度如何。10年来,共青团工作的成绩是有目共睹的。但也不可否认。有不少失误和偏差。本文就试图对后者进行初步的解剖。先进性与群众性关系不顺中国共产主义青年团章程明确指出了自己的性质:“中国共 Since its establishment, the Communist Youth League has taken a tortuous path.
