目的 探讨预防型抗氟剂 (I型 1)的急性毒性和致突变效应。方法 小鼠灌胃 ,计算LD5 0 ;小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验 ;小鼠精子畸形试验。结果 预防型抗氟剂 (I型 1)LD5 0 为 1814mg/kg ;染毒组PCE微核率与阴性对照组无显著差别 ;高剂量组精子畸形率显著高于阴性对照组。结论 预防型抗氟剂 (I型 1)属低毒类物质 ,对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体无损伤效应 ,高剂量对生殖细胞可能产生影响。
Objective To investigate the acute toxicity and mutagenic effects of prophylactic antifiuoric agent (I type 1). Methods Mice were intragastrically administered to calculate LD50; micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cells; mouse sperm abnormality test. Results The LD50 of preventive antifiuoric agent (I type 1) was 1814 mg / kg. There was no significant difference in micronucleus rate between PCE group and negative control group. The sperm deformity rate of high dose group was significantly higher than that of negative control group. Conclusions The prophylactic antifouling agent (type I) is a low toxicity substance which has no damage to the chromosome of mouse bone marrow cells and the high doses may affect germ cells.
