湖北深化落实中央民族工作会议精神,围绕“精准脱贫,全面小康”这一重大任务,进一步加大针对民族地区差别化扶持政策督导落实,全省民族地区经济社会发展提档升级。以湖北武陵山试验区建设统筹推进对口支援、开发性金融支持、龙凤试点建设、创建全国先进自治州等工作,实现与精准扶贫、精准脱贫大局有机结合。2016年,湖北武陵山试验区建设成员单位共对接项目851个,落实支持资金127.6亿元;国家开发银行开发性金融支持片区建设,贷款余额45.48亿元,新增授信9.8亿元;
Focusing on the major task of “getting rid of poverty and getting well-off in an all-round way”, Hubei further deepened the supervision and implementation of the differentiated supportive policies for ethnic areas and upgraded the economic and social development in the ethnic areas in the province. Taking the construction of the test area of Wuling Mountain in Hubei Province as an example, we will promote counterpart support, developmental financial support, pilot construction of the dragon and phoenixes, and the establishment of an advanced autonomous prefecture in the country so as to achieve organic integration with precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation. In 2016, a total of 851 docking projects were set up by members of the Wuling Mountain Experimental Zone in Hubei Province, with 12.76 billion yuan of supporting funds being implemented. The CDB’s development-oriented financial support for the construction of the Zone was achieved with a loan balance of 4.548 billion yuan and a new credit of 980 million yuan.
