1988年11月,卫生部卫生防疫司召开的全国结核病咨询组会议建议,对各省、自治区、直辖市就《1981～1990年全国结核病防治规划》的落实状况进行一次检查、考核。通过检查找出防治工作中的薄弱环节和差距,总结推广具有成效的经验。各级结防机构特别是省结防所(院)应按《规划》中所规定的达标要求,在最后一年做好工作,以争取全面或基本实现《规划》达标。
In November 1988, the National Tuberculosis Advisory Group Meeting held by the Department of Health and Quarantine of the Ministry of Health recommended that provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government conduct an inspection and assessment on the implementation of the “National Plan for Prevention and Control of Tuberculosis from 1981 to 1990”. Through inspection to identify the weaknesses and gaps in prevention and treatment work, sum up the promotion of fruitful experience. The prevention and control institutions at all levels, especially the provincial defense institutes, should do their work in the final year according to the standard requirements stipulated in the “Plan” in order to strive for achieving the goal of “planning” in an all-round way or basically.
