目的观察JWX-V型热烟雾杀虫剂对蚊、蝇、蜚蠊的药效。方法将该制剂稀释成1%油剂后,实验室模拟现场按1、2、3、4 ml/m3剂量喷烟分别作用30、60、90、120 min,观察3种试虫击倒及死亡情况;现场按3 ml/m3剂量喷烟作用60 min,观察试虫死亡情况。结果实验室对试虫的药效与药物剂量及作用时间呈正比,在按3 ml/m3剂量喷烟作用60 min时,3种试虫60 min击倒率均>95%,24 h死亡率均为100%;现场按3 ml/m3剂量喷烟作用60 min,对蚊、蝇60 min平均杀灭率分别为100%和96.07%,对蜚蠊24 h平均杀灭率为95.06%。结论 JWX-V型热烟雾杀虫剂对蚊、蝇、蜚蠊有较好的熏杀作用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of JWX-V thermal smoke insecticide against mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches.
