目的:建立刺玫果中芦丁与金丝桃苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱仪,使用AgilentSBC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-四氢呋喃-0.5%醋酸(1:1:19:79),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为360nm,柱温为30℃。结果:芦丁在0.0494~0.2964μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995。金丝桃苷在0.2008~1.205μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9996;芦丁的平均加样回收率为97.41%,RSD为1.4%,金丝桃苷的平均加样回收率为97.91%,RSD为1.1%。结论:该方法简便快捷,准确度高。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of rutin and hyperoside in Prickly heat fruit. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-tetrahydrofuran-0.5% acetic acid (1:1:19:79) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min on a Agilent SBC18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, The detection wavelength was 360nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship between rutin and 0.0494 ~ 0.2964μg, r = 0.9995. Hyperoside had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2008 ~ 1.205μg, r = 0.9996; the average recovery of rutin was 97.41%, RSD was 1.4%, and the average recovery of hyperoside was 97.91 %, RSD is 1.1%. Conclusion: This method is simple and quick with high accuracy.
