贝叶多孔菌(polyporusfrondosus)是属于担子茵亚门多孔菌属的食用菌。用改良的Ames试验和微核试验对贝叶多孔菌水相提取液的抑诱变作用作了测试。结果表明,该液对黄曲霉毒素诱导的TA98回复突变和对环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓微核均有一定的抑制作用,且有剂量一效应关系。但Ames试验中还观察到贝叶多孔菌提取液本身也有一定的诱变性,故对该菌的肿瘤化学预防作用还应作进一步探讨。
Polyporus frondosus is an edible fungus belonging to the genus Euphorbia. The modified Ames test and micronucleus test were used to test the mutagenicity of aqueous extracts of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The results showed that the solution of aflatoxin-induced TA98 back mutations and cyclophosphamide-induced mouse bone marrow micronucleus have a certain degree of inhibition, and a dose-response relationship. However, Ames test also observed that the polysaccharide extract of Beauveria broom has its own mutagenicity, so the bacterial chemopreventive effect of cancer should be further explored.
