我国的城市化进程仍在加速进行,大量的农村人口向城市转移。新生代农民工渴望融入城市生活,却由于现实社会结构、社会歧视、角色定位困难等因素的制约,使其融入城市社会困难重重。帮助新生代农民工实现与城市的相融与发展,是构建我国和谐社会的重要理论问题。
The process of urbanization in our country is still accelerating, and a large number of rural population are transferred to the cities. Cenozoic migrant workers long for integration into urban life, but due to the constraints of the actual social structure, social discrimination and the difficulty of role orientation, it makes it difficult to integrate into urban society. To help the new generation of migrant workers to achieve the integration and development with the city is an important theoretical issue in building a harmonious society in our country.
