高度进行期胃癌合并腹水的病人行术前化疗,仅见国外少数病例报告。本文采用5-氟脲嘧啶和顺铂或卡铂(FP)方法,对伴有腹水、腹膜转移的进行期胃癌,通过术前腹腔(IP)、动脉(IA)化疗,再手术取得较好效果。报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 研究对象 1995年3月至1996年1月我科收治合并腹水高度进行期胃癌7例,均经胃镜活检、腹水细胞学诊断阳性,明确诊断。病人无化疗史,肝、肾、骨髓功能均正常。一般状态(Ps)2～3级(表1)。
Preoperative chemotherapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer and ascites was only reported in a few foreign cases. This article uses 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin or carboplatin (FP) method for advanced gastric cancer with ascites, peritoneal metastasis, through preoperative abdominal (IP), arterial (IA) chemotherapy, reoperation to achieve better results . The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 Subjects In March 1995 to January 1996, our department received 7 cases of advanced gastric cancer with ascites, and were diagnosed by gastroscopy biopsy and ascites cytology. The patient had no history of chemotherapy and liver, kidney, and bone marrow function were normal. The general state (Ps) 2 to 3 (Table 1).
