一、概况: 我综合车间主要生产用于建筑施工等方面的硬质纤维板,从八○年九月开始,我们成立了加强质量管理的QC小组,依靠广大群众,针对纤维板存在的质量问题,进行P、D、C、A循环,在板面炭化、粘板等方面取得了较好的成效,从而使产品质量有了显著的提高。这样,使得我们的产品质量处于全国领先地位,在一九八一年全国一百八十余家纤维板行业评比中获得一等奖,又评为京、津、沪赛区第一名。同时,我们QC小组出席了全国第三次质量管理小组代表会议和评为市的优秀质量管理小组。
I. Overview: My integrated workshop mainly produces hard fiberboards for construction and other areas. Since September of 2008, we have set up a QC team to strengthen quality management, relying on the masses to solve the quality problems of fiberboards. The P, D, C, and A cycles have achieved good results in terms of surface carbonization, sticking, and other aspects, so that product quality has been significantly improved. In this way, our product quality is in a leading position in the country. In the competition of more than 180 fiberboard industries in the country in 1981, we won the first prize, and we ranked first in the Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai competitions. At the same time, our QC team attended the third quality management team representative meeting and was named the city’s excellent quality management team.
