对224名急性上颌窦炎患者通过变态反应问询、皮肤试验,鼻分泌物检查进行了调查,以103名无急性上颌窦炎症状的急性声损伤患者作对照。结果证明在急性上颌窦炎患者中,有变态反应的占25％,可能有变态反应的占6.5％;而在对照组中,此两数字分别为16.5％和3％,差异有统计学意义。在变态反应和非变态反应患者中,过去发生急性鼻窦炎的次数和过去曾行鼻窦灌洗的次数无差别。细菌学检查在变态反应患者中阴性者较多,但无显著性
A total of 224 patients with acute maxillary sinusitis were investigated through an allergy inquiry, a skin test, and nasal secretions examinations, and 103 patients with acute acoustic injury without acute maxillary sinusitis were selected as controls. The results show that in patients with acute maxillary sinusitis, allergic reactions accounted for 25%, may have allergic reactions accounted for 6.5%; in the control group, the two figures were 16.5% and 3%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant.
