针对目前900-2016PR轮胎胎圈早期损坏的问题,分析了这种缺陷的特征和成因。通过使用条件与损坏特征之间关系的实际调查,认为低气压、超载、长时间行驶及使用非标准轮辋600T是在使用方面导致胎圈早期损坏的原因,而轮胎在超载行驶条件下的变形、生热是导致胎圈早期损坏的主要因素。在减少胎体变形、降低胎圈应力、提高胎圈复合材料间粘合性能等方面采取措施,增强胎圈的薄弱环节,使这一问题得到了很好的解决
