怀牛膝系苋科植物怀牛膝(Achyranthes bidentata BI)的根,据报道有抗生育作用。为寻找其抗生育成分,我们用怀牛膝根提总皂甙,经药理实验证明对雌性大鼠有明显兴奋子宫平滑肌的作用。继而又将怀牛膝根粉碎,用石油醚脱脂后用苯提取得苯提取物,以50mg/kg及80mg/kg给小白鼠灌胃皆呈现明显抗生育、抗早孕及抗着床作用。为进一步分离其抗生育有效成分,将苯提取物经酸水解又经硅胶柱层析,分离得到结晶Ⅰ
The roots of Achyranthes bidentata BI with Achyranthes bidentata BI have been reported to have antifertility effects. In order to find out its anti-fertility components, we use Achyranthes bidentata root to extract total saponins, and pharmacological experiments have shown that female rats have apparently excited uterine smooth muscle. Then the root of Achyranthes bidentata was crushed, and the benzene extract was extracted with benzene after degreasing with petroleum ether. Gavage to the mice at 50 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg showed obvious anti-fertility, anti-pregnancy and anti-implantation effects.
