砂浆搅拌机是施工现场常用的施工机械。但是长期以来,有许多厂家生产的砂浆搅拌机轴端密封问题未能较好解决。在施工现场使用的砂浆搅拌机,多则半年,少则三个月轴端就开始漏浆,轴和轴承迅速磨损,漏浆越来越严重。使搅拌机周围灰浆满地,砂浆标号下降,影响工程质量。这是施工企业的一个“老大难”问题。改进砂浆搅拌机的轴端密封装置有多种办法,我们认为行之有效的是动静环加压密封法(见图)。其基本原理是:1.两环之间水浆膜起密封和润滑作用,加之弹簧沿轴向迫使静环作微量调节,密封效果更佳;2.搅拌
Mortar mixers are commonly used construction machines in construction sites. However, for a long time, shaft seal problems of mortar mixers produced by many manufacturers have not been solved. The mortar mixers used in the construction site last for half a year, and as soon as they reach the end of the three-month period, they begin to leak into the slurry. The shafts and bearings wear rapidly, and the leakage of the slurry becomes more and more serious. The mortar around the mixer was filled with ground and the number of mortar was lowered, which affected the quality of the project. This is a “big problem” for construction companies. There are several ways to improve the shaft end seals of mortar mixers. We believe that the effective method is the dynamic and static ring pressurization seal (see figure). The basic principle is: 1. The water-slurry film between the two rings functions as a seal and lubricate, and the springs force the static ring to adjust slightly in the axial direction, so the sealing effect is better; 2.
